Welcome!
I’m passionate about equipping people with the skills to nurture well-being in simple and accessible ways. Everything I offer—whether it’s a workshop, training, or mentoring—is grounded in research, psychology, and over 20 years’ experience of working with children and adults. My approach is practical, compassionate, and inclusive: creating safe spaces where we can move, breathe, relax, and connect. These four pillars guide all of my work, supporting balance in the body, calm in the mind, and connection in the heart. As a neurodivergent person, with hearing loss and lived experience of anxiety, I know first-hand how important it is that well-being spaces feel safe and accessible. I do my best to make my workshops, training, and mentoring as inclusive as possible, and I warmly invite you to get in touch with any questions, needs, or adjustments that would help you feel comfortable.
