How can I work with you?
I offer one to one online mentoring, as either a one- off, or as part of a package, there is also the option to shadow me at one of my schools in Coventry, UK.

How do these work and what are the prices?
Power Hour Mentoring
Do you have a few niggly things that you are struggling with in your business?
Why not meet with me so we can talk it through, simply:
  • Select a time that works for you on the calendar.
  • Answer the quick questions when booking, so that I can prepare for our meeting.
After the meeting I share with you any resources that I think may help that are pertinent to what we discussed.

90 Minute Strategy Session
Are you stuck in your business and can't see the way forward?
Let's work together and I'll help you find a route forwards, simply:
  • Find a time that works for you on the calendar.
  • Answer the questions at the point of booking and share your website and social media links.
  • Record the meeting, if you wish to.
After the meeting I share with you any resources that I think may help that are pertinent to what we discussed, I also send a follow up email with any action points that were discussed.

Mentoring Programme
Six months of support for you in your business. During this time, you get:
  • 6, hour long mentoring sessions at a time that suits you.
  • Support to create your goals and work towards them.

Which is for me?​
The Power Hour is great if you just have one or two issues that you would like to discuss. The Strategy Session is fabulous for a boost to your business to help guide you in the direction that you would like to go in (but maybe you don't know it yet!)

The Mentoring Programme is a more comprehensive support package, where you get access to all of my resources and trainings and get me as your cheer leader - supporting you and answering your questions you may have along the way.

The VIP Mentoring is a rare opportunity to see first-hand how to run a full day of classes within a school, access all of my trainings and benefit from mentoring.

Seems expensive, is it worth it?
It depends...
If you don't have the time and energy to implement the things that we work together on, then probably not.

But if you are motivated and want to work towards having the confidence to earn more in your business then DEFINITELY.
It is very dependent upon what you charge, but here are some ideas of how you could realistically reimburse the investment:

Power Hour = half a day / a full day in school / a family workshop
Strategy Session= a full day in school / a whole day workshop.
Mentor Package = a one off well-being day / 5 or 6 after school classes
Mentoring VIP = a half term contract with a school

I only have capacity to work with a small number of kids yoga teachers- I keep the numbers small so that I can be present for you and your business.
