Reflect on your own well-being and create a plan that works for you!
We are currently in a mental health crisis, with 1 in 4 adults experiencing mental health problems of some kind each year (Mind, 2020).
Many work places are looking to ways that they can support their staff to thrive, rather than just survive. Would you like to support your staff to create a personalised plan to help them improve their well-being in a way that works for them? As part of the training, participants will explore science backed strategies to enhance well-being, as well as learning some simple desk yoga and breathing techniques to use whilst working. This training can be delivered as a stand alone training in two or three hours, as part of a training day. Alternatively, it can be spread over three, termly hour long sessions to fit into your staff meetings, providing a year of opportunities to reflect upon well-being.
