Join me via zoom for this comprehensive CPD accredited training.
The training consists of 5 modules spread over 5 days. We will explore how to use the Mini Me Yoga programme as a stand alone session (possibly during P.E or PSHE) and also how to integrate elements into the school day to:
Enhance relationships and reduce conflict.
Boost self esteem.
Help children to self regulate.
Manage behaviour in positive ways. Included in the price is all of the resources necessary to use yoga and mindfulness with a group of children (A4 cards, a manual, CPD accredited certificate and on-going online support PLUS e-learning that you can access at anypoint after the training).
