YOUR Well-Being Monday 19th July 7- 9pm
Adulting is hard! Really hard. It can be difficult to prioritise your own well-being when your are so busy thinking of others or juggling commitments for work or study.
This relaxing two hour session will give you the opportunity to reflect on your own well-being.
What brings you joy? What feeds your soul?
I will be sharing three different models of well-being so that you can choose the one that feels right for you. Well-being is personal and the workshop will reflect that.
We will also explore our barriers and try to find practical solutions to these.
At the end of the session you will have created a well-being plan that works for YOU.
You will also have learnt some desk yoga and breathing techniques- really useful if you (like me) are more sedentry at the moment.
Included in the price is a PDF workbook that you can use as many times as you wish and a poster with desk yoga poses and a poster with breathing techniques- ideal to pop next to your computer or on your fridge!
