The Basement Snug is a fabulous, intimate space where you can really relax.

Mindful movement will feature as part of this workshop but the golden word of the day is SLOW...

Journalling prompts will be offered, you may wish you bring your own journal (paper and pens will be provided).
Relaxation
A deep, delicious, restful relaxation.
What is provided?
Pretty much everything! Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, hot water bottles, warm drinks and brunch will all be provided. The only thing you need to think about is getting yourself there!
