Yoga and Mindfulness at Home
An adult workshop to learn how to bring calm and connection to your home through use of yoga and mindfulness.
We will explore:
- Simple neuroscience and how it can affect relationships.
- The importance of re-setting the central nervous system for both parent and child and a variety of ways to do this.
- Daily activities that can enhance your connection with your family.
- Fun ways to use yoga together; safe partner and group poses, story yoga, being creative together.
- Ways to relax.
Snacks and drinks will be provided, please state if you have any dietry requirements or allergies.
Venue will be in Coventry.
