Well-Being Session Options
It is possible to book individual sessions for specific year groups to meet particular needs; for example as part of a health week or to teach relaxation and calm skills prior to year six SATs.
It is also possible to have a session planned as part of a WOW day, for example, going on a yoga adventure around the world to meet animals and learn facts about them! As a qualified teacher, I can tailor yoga sessions to meet learning objectives from other subjects too.

Well-Being Half Day
I can deliver multiple well-being sessions on a rotation basis for half a day.
Individual sessions can be tailored to the requirements of the school and the duration of each session can vary from 15 minutes to an hour.
This can fit in particularly well as part of a sports day, health week or mental health week.

I can either work to a timetable provided by the school, or create one for you.

Themes for sessions can be adapted to suit the needs of the school, some popular themes include sports, physical health, mental health and emotional health.
